  • How much do you charge for your services?

    • We charge $90.00 per hour for our services, with a minimum fee of 10 minutes.  For the next several weeks we are having a special rate that is discounted to $65.00 per hour!  Beyond the minimum 10 minute fee, we will bill you per minute, as long as you wish to have us continue to help you.  You may end you call at anytime.
       

  • How can I pay for services?

    • We accept major credit cards for payment of services.
       

  • Do you also provide support for businesses on a contract basis?

    • We do provide support for Corporations and Associations directly.  For more information on those services, please click here.
       

  • Can I request more than one support issue per call?

    • Yes!  We will be happy to help you with multiple issues per call.  Please make a list of your concerns or issues and we will help to resolve them with accuracy and efficiency.
       

  • Do you support all major brands of computers?

    • Yes.  We support all major brands of computers and workstations including: Alienware, Acer, AST, Asus, Compaq, CTX, CyberMax, Dell, Digital, DTK, E-machines, Fujitsu, Gateway, Hewlett Packard, IBM,
      Lenovo, Micron, NEC, Packard Bell, Quantex, Quantum, Toshiba, Maxtor, Sony, Zenith and many others.
       

  • What operating systems and software do you support.

    • Operating Systems:  We support all releases of operating system by Microsoft including:  Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 family (including Professional, Server, Advanced Server, Datacenter Server); Windows XP family (including Home Edition, Professional, 64-bit Edition, Media Center Edition , Starter Edition, Professional x64 Edition); Windows Server 2003 family (including Small Business Server, Web Edition, Standard Edition, Enterprise Edition, Datacenter Edition, Storage Server, Windows Home Server); Windows Vista family (including Starter, Home Basic, Home Basic N, Home Premium, Business, Business N, Enterprise, Ultimate). We also support older releases of the Windows 9x line (including Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE & Windows Me)

    • Software:  We support major releases of most popular software applications and packages.  While we do not necessarily provide training for software applications, we can assist you with normal operating issues.

    • NOTE: Please have all software handy in case your PC Help technician needs to obtain files or folders from your source disks.
